Our Yoga and mindfulness programme focuses on positive thinking through mindfulness and meditation. From improved concentration, enhanced focus, relieved anxiety, increased confidence, and strengthened flexibility, our Mini Me Yoga programme is a great addition to the School/Nursery day or can be delivered as a CPD workshop to teachers and childcare professionals to enable you to deliver this independently in your educational setting.
